Chris from Start to Finish will be posting regular PE skill challenges, as well as some follow along workouts and various other videos.
There will be lots of ideas for parents to engage their kids at home, with very little equipment or space required.
Challenges include a progression of throwing and catching drills and a series of basic jumping actions.
There will be prizes for those that upload their progressions to the challenges with hashtag #s2fsportschallenge

Can you use your time at home to develop your drawing skills? Rob Biddulph has decided to post a draw-along video every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am GMT to help children to develop their drawing skills. Have a go! We would love to see your finished pictures.
The White Rose Maths Team has prepared a series of five maths lessons for each year group from Year 1-8. They will be adding five more each week for the next few weeks. Every lesson comes with a short video showing you clearly and simply how to help your child to complete the activity successfully.
It’s really important to keep our minds and bodies fit. Next week, The Body Coach is going to deliver a daily P.E. session at 9 a.m. Year 5 have tried some of his sessions in school and enjoyed the challenge. Cosmic Kids Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids is also recommended.
