Year 2 - Show Racism The Red Card

Today, Year 2 has been taking part in Show Racism the Red Card Day! We’ve had some lovely discussions about kindness, fairness, and how we can make sure everyone feels included.

 Each child wrote a kind message on a red strip of paper. We then joined them all together to make a long Kindness Chain to display in our classroom as a reminder to always use kind and positive language.

The children also enjoyed some lovely colouring activities linked to today’s theme. 

We’re really proud of the thoughtful conversations and teamwork shown by everyone today.
